Fluxr Legal is an AI-powered workspace that assists solicitors in their professional legal work. It is operated by Fluxr Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
The AI is an assistant tool, not a replacement for qualified legal advice. All output is generated by AI and must be reviewed by a qualified solicitor before use. The platform does not provide legal advice. It supports solicitors in their work by generating drafts, summaries, and research — all of which require professional review before being relied upon or shared with clients.
The firm and its solicitors retain full professional responsibility for all output generated by or with the assistance of Fluxr Legal. The firm must comply with its obligations under the SRA Standards and Regulations at all times. Use of an AI tool does not diminish or transfer any professional duty owed to clients.
Data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. The data processing chain is: Your Firm → Fluxr Legal → Anthropic API (with Zero Data Retention). This means Anthropic does not store any conversation data after processing. A full Data Processing Agreement is available in your firm's Settings page after onboarding.
The platform is for professional legal work only. Users must not use the platform for personal matters, to generate content that is intentionally misleading, or to circumvent privilege detection safeguards. Any use that violates the SRA Code of Conduct or applicable law is prohibited.
Each solicitor must have their own account. Sharing accounts is prohibited. The firm admin is responsible for managing user access and ensuring departing staff are promptly deactivated. Each user must complete their own account setup to ensure individual accountability and audit trail integrity.
All significant actions are logged for compliance and regulatory purposes. Audit logs are retained for a minimum of 6 years in accordance with SRA record-keeping requirements. Logs are immutable and cannot be deleted. This ensures a complete and tamper-proof record of all activity within the platform.
The service is billed at a flat rate of £99 per seat per month. A 30-day free trial is available. Billing is managed through Stripe. Details of the current plan are available in the admin dashboard. There are no tiers, no feature gating — every user gets access to the full platform.
Documents generated using Fluxr Legal belong to the firm. Fluxr Ltd does not claim ownership of any content created by firms using the platform. The firm retains all rights to its work product, client data, and firm knowledge configured within the workspace.
Fluxr Legal is provided “as is”. Fluxr Ltd is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on AI-generated output without proper professional review. The firm's professional indemnity insurance should cover the use of AI tools in legal practice. Solicitors are reminded that they must exercise independent professional judgment on all output.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. On termination, firm data can be exported (see Privacy Policy, Right of Access). After the notice period, data is deleted in accordance with the retention policy unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulation.
Fluxr Ltd may update these terms from time to time. Firms will be notified of material changes at least 14 days in advance via email to the admin contact. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
